Hire Agreement and Disclaimer from Swindon Youth for Christ

Any persons/organisation hiring our equipment are responsible/liable for any damage or injuries occurring from or as a result of misuse or reckless use.
Persons using any equipment do so at their own risk, and ensure they have adequate insurance and risk assessments to cover the activity.
These guidelines are for the safety of all persons using the equipment, and it is the sole responsibility of the hirer to ensure they are adhered to.
Swindon Youth for Christ will make sure all equipment is maintained to a high standard, however we cannot accept responsibility for any damage or injury to anyone using the equipment.

For your information, safety and enjoyment we recommend the following:
1. A responsible adult must supervise children at all times whilst using the equipment.
2. Please watch/read the instruction videos available on our website at https://swindon.yfc.co.uk/resource-bank/
3. The equipment will be signed out and signed back in
4. Please thoroughly clean the equipment before returning it to us
5. There will be a late fee for any equipment returned late.
6. For the equipment which is rented and purchased, we ask that payment is made before collection, or we can accept cash or card payment on collection.
7. Please note that we will be checking the equipment when it is return for any faults or damage. If this is deemed to be not within normal wear and tear, the hirer is liable for the full repair or cleaning costs.

Please note the Silent disco is available in two cost prices. The discounted prices are for charities, churches and youth clubs. Please note that in hiring the equipment you are agreeing that, should the equipment be returned damaged, you will pay for the cost of any damage or replacement. If required, you will be informed of this and invoiced directly for the cost.' Each selection comes with two transmitters which enable two channels if you require a third, please tick the box. All are supplied with the relevant cables for use with mobile phones, sound systems and laptops.

Popcorn Machine

Rental Cost £25. Please note you can rent the machine on it's own or opt to have us supply you with the popcorn kernels and boxes as well. All you need to do is fill in the quantities below.
