Internships are a fantastic way of growing in faith, serving your local church, realising your passions and growing in experiential training. As a youth work organisation we believe these are hugely beneficial for those who are not only exploring ministry but those wanting to grow their faith.
For churches, internships should not about cheap labour, but exactly the opposite. It’s about investment into individuals who have the zeal to make a difference. It’s about giving individuals the opportunities to grow, and providing spaces for people to make mistakes.
