Our mission, to take the good news relevantly to every young person in Swindon is big. It’s not a five year project, or even a 50 year project. We’ve been introducing young people to Jesus for over 65+ years, and we’re building on the foundations of those who’ve gone before us. But there’s still so much to do.

Legacy gifts are one of the most significant ways of ensuring the work continues; by remembering us when you make your will, you’ll enable children and young people in the future to encounter Jesus for themselves. Your legacy could transform thousands of young peoples lives for generations to come.

How can you leave a legacy?

  1. Think about what you have – your estate and assets – and who you’d like to be your executor.
  2. Choose who you will remember in your will, including family, friends and the causes you care about, like Swindon Youth for Christ.
  3. Decide who will write your will. We strongly suggest using a solicitor to make sure everything is legal and valid.

Don’t forget: If you already have a will, and wish to add Swindon Youth for Christ as one of your beneficiaries, ask a solicitor to help you complete a codicil and then keep it safe with your will.
